Coronavirus

From April 22, the practices will be open again for regular patient care. The policy we follow is that we only allow people into the practice of whom we know with fairly high certainty that they are healthy. We would like to make an appointment with you but have a number of questions in advance:

Do you now have corona?

Do you now have roommates / family members with corona?
Have you recovered from corona less than 2 weeks ago?
Do you have one or more of the following symptoms: cold, sneezing, cough, sore throat, chest tightness, fever (more than 38 degrees)?
Do you have roommates / family members with these symptoms?
Are you in home isolation?
Do you live in a nursing home or institution for people with intellectual disabilities
constraint?
If the answer to 1 of these questions is “yes”, postpone the appointment if possible.

Because hand hygiene appears to be an important source of contamination in this virus outbreak, we will ask you to disinfect your hands with hand alcohol when entering the practice. We request that you do not touch your face and items such as mobile phones afterwards. In the waiting area and when making appointments, we try to keep the 1.5 meters distance that is recommended by the national government.

Some additional notes:

Do not arrive too early, preferably just before the appointment time.
Follow the directions of our staff.
Only come to your appointment, if strictly necessary a maximum of 1 parent is allowed
or accompanying person.
Leave the practice as soon as possible after your treatment.
We will receive you with a smile but not shake your hand.
For some treatments we will let you rinse for 1 minute.
